B&H Worldwide expands internship push through Project IMDD
The outreach initiative reflects broader efforts by industry stakeholders to bridge the gap between education and employment by exposing students to career opportunities within aerospace logistics and related sectors.
B&H Worldwide has strengthened its engagement with talent development in Singapore’s aerospace and logistics sectors by participating in the third Project IMDD Outreach event held at ITE College East on May 22, 2026.
The event, organised under Project IMDD, an initiative by the Singapore Aircargo Agents Association (SAAA), brought together students and industry partners to explore career opportunities and internship pathways within the country’s aviation and logistics ecosystem.
The outreach programme marked B&H Worldwide’s second participation in a Project IMDD event. The company had previously onboarded its first marketing intern through the initiative and has now expanded its commitment by offering up to two marketing internship positions for students applying through Project IMDD this year.
According to the company, the event generated significant interest among students seeking information about its marketing internship programme. Students engaged with B&H Worldwide representatives to gain insights into opportunities in aerospace logistics marketing, digital communications, events management and brand development.
The company said several students indicated a preference for B&H Worldwide as their first-choice internship placement, highlighting growing interest in the programme among those considering careers in aviation and logistics-related fields.
Kevin Casey Goh, Content Marketing Manager at B&H Worldwide, said: “The conversations we had at this event reminded me why outreach like this matters." Students are hungry to learn, and aerospace logistics has a lot to offer them. Building on our first Project IMDD internship, we are doubling down on our commitment to nurturing that talent. It gives them not just a glimpse of the industry but also a genuine role within it.”
The outreach initiative reflects broader efforts by industry stakeholders to bridge the gap between education and employment by exposing students to career opportunities within aerospace logistics and related sectors. Through internship placements, participants gain practical exposure to industry functions while employers are able to engage with emerging talent.
Darren Lim, Digital Marketing Manager at B&H Worldwide, said: “The response from students this year has been very positive." It is rewarding to see growing interest in the marketing and communications side of the aerospace industry. Through this internship programme, we hope to mentor and guide students as they develop practical skills, professional confidence and a deeper understanding of the global aerospace logistics sector.”
The selected interns will work under the guidance of Goh and Lim as part of B&H Worldwide’s Global Marketing Team. Their responsibilities will span content marketing, digital marketing, branding, social media and corporate communications activities, providing exposure to multiple aspects of marketing within the aerospace logistics sector.
B&H Worldwide said its continued participation in Project IMDD aligns with its objective of supporting talent development initiatives that connect education with industry requirements while encouraging students to consider careers in aerospace logistics and aviation services.
