Awery Aviation Software has been appointed as the software provider for Group Concorde, supporting the General Sales and Service Agent’s (GSSA) global operations with a fully integrated cargo management solution.
The agreement, announced at Air Cargo India in Mumbai, will see Awery deploy its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system as a unified digital platform across Group Concorde’s network. The system is designed to centralise operational data, streamline multi-airline processes and enhance visibility across the organisation’s footprint spanning India, the Middle East, South Asia and the Asia Pacific region.
Under the partnership, Group Concorde will transition to Awery’s total cargo management solution, consolidating disparate workflows into a single, integrated environment. The move is expected to strengthen operational responsiveness, improve reporting accuracy and enable the GSSA to manage growing volumes with greater agility.
“Our total cargo management solution is designed to handle the overwhelming volume of data generated by businesses such as Group Concorde, enabling them to scale with stability and speed,” said Vitaly Smilianets, Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Awery.
“As India’s air cargo market continues to grow, we look forward to working with Group Concorde as it scales alongside, building on its reputation as the leading GSSA provider in the region.”
Founded in 1985, Group Concorde operates in 16 countries and maintains a nationwide presence in India through more than 30 offices, with its global headquarters in Delhi. Over the past decades, the company has positioned technology as a core enabler of performance and service reliability for its airline partners.
“Throughout the last two decades, we have consistently embraced technology as a key driver of efficiency,” said Ralph van Eijk, Chief Airline and Marketing Officer, Group Concorde.
“Our search for a dedicated software partner reflects Group Concorde’s commitment to investing in the very best solutions for our airline partners, and Awery quickly emerging as the right partner to take this forward.”
The collaboration underscores a broader digitalisation push within India’s expanding air cargo market, where scalability, data transparency and system integration are becoming central to GSSA competitiveness. Both companies are showcasing their capabilities at Air Cargo India.
