China Cargo Airlines has officially launched a new freighter service between Chongqing (CKG) and Budapest (BUD), operated by a Boeing 777F, with three flights per week.
This marks Chongqing’s second international all-cargo route launched in 2026, primarily serving cross-border e-commerce and locally manufactured IT products, and further strengthening China–Europe industrial and supply chain links.
Huiru Zhang, Overseas Sales Manager at Air-Sea Pacers, said in a LinkedIn post while commenting on the new service: “ New routes mean more opportunities, better transit times, and stronger logistics networks between China and Europe.”
The company operates a fleet of 18 Boeing 777F aircraft and is set to take delivery of two additional Boeing 777Fs in the future, according to data from Planespotters.net.
Earlier in 2024, the company launched flights from Shanghai (PVG) to Budapest (BUD), with thrice-weekly services operated using the Boeing 777F.
In November 2025, Worldwide Flight Services signed a new handling contract with China Cargo Airlines as the carrier resumed all-cargo flights to Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport. The agreement took effect with the arrival of the airline’s first scheduled service on 20 November.
