DSV has broken ground on its new Arizona regional headquarters in Mesa, marking an expansion of its logistics footprint in the southwestern United States. The 950,000-square-foot facility represents a $14.5 million investment and is intended to support regional supply chains across air, sea, and road transport, along with contract logistics and inventory management services.

The facility will serve as a central hub for DSV customers and is expected to employ up to 160 people at full capacity. The development aligns with rising demand from manufacturing, distribution, and technology sectors in Arizona, with the site positioned to support growing logistics volumes in the region.

“We've watched Arizona's incredible growth in manufacturing and distribution, and we're building this facility to support that momentum,” said Josh Summers, CEO, DSV Contract Logistics North America. “Arizona is the perfect place to continue our own growth and forge connections that will shape the future of supply chain management across multiple industries.”

Located in Mesa, the site offers access to Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport and major transport corridors. Its proximity to semiconductor manufacturing clusters is expected to support time-sensitive and high-value cargo flows, strengthening regional supply chain connectivity for industries such as semiconductors, consumer goods, and technology.

“DSV’s investment in a new 950,000-square-foot facility in southeast Mesa is a major vote of confidence in our region’s growing role in the domestic semiconductor supply chain,” said Mesa Vice Mayor Scott Somers. “Mesa has made intentional investments in infrastructure and education to support the type of high-value job growth that DSV will bring to our community.”

The project is also positioned to support trade growth across the Greater Phoenix area. “The collaborative opportunities between DSV and Gateway open the door for increased transcontinental trade taking place within Greater Phoenix,” said Christine Mackay, President and CEO of the Greater Phoenix Economic Council. “Situated within a major U.S. hub for advanced manufacturing with access to transportation connectivity around the globe, DSV is primed to grow hand-in-hand with Mesa and Greater Phoenix.”

State officials said the facility strengthens Arizona’s role as a logistics and manufacturing hub. “Arizona’s rapid economic growth and leadership in advanced industries are driving our leadership as a premier logistics hub,” said Sandra Watson, President and CEO of the Arizona Commerce Authority. “We are excited DSV is expanding its Arizona presence with its new regional headquarters, showcasing our attractiveness for headquarters projects while strengthening our supply chain and supporting our thriving semiconductor industry.”

The site will consolidate multiple DSV operations into a single location and is designed to support logistics efficiency through integrated services. The facility will also include solar panels as part of its operational framework. Construction is expected to be completed in early 2027, after which the site will function as DSV’s primary logistics hub for the southwestern United States.

The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by DSV leadership, customers, regional partners, and representatives from the City of Mesa.
