Menzies Aviation adopts Nallian’s Truck Visit Management solution globally
Menzies will roll out Nallian’s TVM at five major cargo hubs, cutting truck turnaround times and improving yard efficiency.;
Menzies Aviation has selected Nallian’s Truck Visit Management (TVM) solution to digitise and standardise its landside cargo operations across its global network. The solution aims to reduce truck turnaround times, enhance yard safety and deliver measurable efficiency savings.
The rollout will begin at five key cargo stations of Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland, Prague and San Francisco which together handle more than 500,000 tonnes of cargo annually. TVM will digitise slot booking, yard management, pre-advised check-ins, dock allocation and yard orchestration, helping to cut queues, smooth peak periods and improve predictability for forwarders, trucking companies and drivers.
TVM will integrate with Menzies Aviation Cargo Handling (MACH), the company’s cloud-based cargo management platform developed with Wipro, enabling real-time coordination between warehouses and the yard.
The partnership was announced at the ASA World Leadership Forum in Copenhagen, with Menzies Hassan El-Houry, Executive Chairman, and Beau Paine, Executive Vice President Cargo, joined by Nallian’s Jean Verheyen, CEO, and Lionel van der Walt, Chief Commercial Officer.
Beau Paine said deploying TVM at priority stations is a practical step in Menzies digital journey and a foundation for wider rollout, offering a faster, more predictable experience for customers. Jean Verheyen added that the multi-region deployment provides quick value and a model that can scale across the network.
