Aerios integrates SKYPALLET to speed charter quoting flow
The integrated solution provides visibility on how many items of each cargo type can be loaded, flags size constraints, and identifies density or weight exceedances.
Aerios has integrated the SKYPALLET system from Wiremind Cargo into its Carrier App, aiming to address delays in air cargo charter quotation workflows caused by loadability checks. The announcement was made with the integration forming part of a new module within Aerios’ platform.
The move targets a persistent operational constraint in the charter market, where pricing decisions are often delayed by uncertainty over whether cargo can physically fit on an aircraft. Loadability assessments are typically handled manually or by separate teams, requiring sales personnel to wait for internal validation before issuing quotations. These delays can extend from hours to days and affect conversion rates in time-sensitive markets.
According to Aerios, the integration enables loadability checks to be completed within seconds during the quotation process. By embedding SKYPALLET directly into the Carrier App, the system allows charter sales teams to assess cargo fit at the point of quotation without relying on external inputs.
The integrated solution combines loadability analysis with Aerios’ existing automation tools, including automated packing list extraction. It provides visibility on how many items of each cargo type can be loaded, flags size constraints, and identifies density or weight exceedances. Sales teams can also generate a full load plan detailing pallet positions and ULD configurations while evaluating whether multiple aircraft rotations are required.
The system presents results across different aircraft types within the quote builder, enabling comparison of operational and commercial options across a carrier’s fleet. This allows sales teams to determine early whether cargo can be transported on a single aircraft or requires splitting, improving response time to customers.
The integration also removes the need for fragmented workflows by allowing users to complete the quotation process within a single interface. Aerios stated that the integration reduces reliance on multiple systems and manual coordination between departments.
“This integration is a wonderful example of what SKYPALLET was built for,” says Guillermo Medina Moralejo, VP of Business Development at Wiremind Cargo. “We’re especially proud to be doing it alongside a fellow CargoTech member, demonstrating the power of ecosystem partnerships in driving the digitalisation of air cargo forward.”
The companies position the development as part of a broader shift towards digitisation in the air cargo sector, where speed and accuracy in quotation processes are linked to commercial performance. By embedding loadability intelligence into frontline sales tools, the integration aims to align operational feasibility with pricing decisions in real time.
Aerios said the enhancement builds on its platform’s existing capabilities, which combine communication and charter operations into a single workflow supported by real-time data. The company’s software is designed to connect carriers, brokers, and charter professionals, enabling more efficient coordination and revenue optimisation.
