Thai Airways International (THAI) has partnered with CHAMP Cargosystems to implement Cargospot neo, an air cargo management platform aimed at improving operational efficiency, revenue management and the customer experience through digitalisation.

The partnership was formalised at a ceremony held at Thai Airways’ headquarters on September 3, 2026. THAI signed the agreement for the Cargospot neo project in July 2026. The event, held at Thai Airways’ Head Office, was attended by Varangkana Luerojvong, THAI’s Chief Aviation Business Officer, and Kittiphong Sansomboon, THAI’s Chief Commercial Officer of Thai Airways, together with Manuel Galindo, Chief Executive Officer of CHAMP Cargosystems.

The platform will support end-to-end cargo management, covering sales and reservations, capacity and pricing management, cargo operations and shipment tracking. By integrating data and workflows across these functions, the system is expected to reduce siloed processes and enable faster, data-driven decision-making throughout the cargo lifecycle.

Cargospot neo uses an API-native architecture and automation capabilities to provide greater visibility across cargo operations and enable real-time shipment tracking. It will also allow commercial, revenue management and operations teams to access relevant information more efficiently, supporting improved data accuracy and cross-functional coordination.

THAI has additionally selected Cargospot neo Revenue Management to strengthen cargo revenue performance and optimise capacity utilisation. The solution combines demand and capacity forecasting with dynamic pricing and machine-learning analytics to support pricing, capacity allocation and cargo-mix decisions based on market demand.

THAI said the implementation is expected to improve operational efficiency, accelerate decision-making and strengthen coordination between its commercial and cargo teams, while delivering greater reliability and an improved customer experience.

The agreement marks another step in THAI Cargo’s digital transformation as the airline seeks to optimise cargo capacity, improve revenue performance and enhance end-to-end shipment visibility.
