Magma names Chapman Freeborn GSSA

Chapman Freeborn Greater China has been appointed as the General Sales and Service Agent (GSSA) for Magma Aviation across Greater China, covering mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, Taiwan and Macau SAR. Since the launch of Magma Aviation’s scheduled B747-400F services in China, Chapman Freeborn Greater China has supported the airline’s commercial development and operational activities in the market.

Under the appointment, the Chapman Freeborn Greater China team will work closely with Magma Aviation to expand market access to its long-term and ad-hoc air cargo charter solutions. The team will also provide dedicated commercial, customer and operational support across the region.

The partnership further strengthens the relationship between the two Chapman Freeborn Group brands, combining their respective capabilities to provide customers in Greater China with broader access to air cargo solutions, local market expertise and a seamless service experience.

The collaboration also extends to Europe, where Chapman Freeborn Cargo Capacity Management (CCM) in Frankfurt acts as Magma Aviation’s General Sales Agent, supporting its cargo management activities.
