Jettainer has appointed Pinar Meitzner as managing director of Jettainer Americas, where she will lead the company's activities across North and South America. She succeeds Shailendar Kothari, who will retire at the end of 2026 after nearly seven years with the company.

Meitzner will work closely with customers and partners across the region as Jettainer continues to explore growth opportunities in the Americas.

Before joining Jettainer, Meitzner served as head of commercial US at DO & CO. She previously held various leadership positions at LSG Sky Chefs in Europe and the United States.

During her career, she has built relationships with airlines, developed international customer networks and driven business growth in competitive aviation markets. She will use this experience to strengthen Jettainer's business across the Americas.

Jettainer Chief Executive Officer Jan-Wilhelm Breithaupt said Meitzner's airline expertise, international network and understanding of the industry would support the company's plans to develop its activities in the region.

He also thanked Kothari for his contribution to Jettainer, saying he had played an important role in developing the company's business in the Americas.

Meitzner said she looked forward to working with the company's team, customers and partners to strengthen relationships and grow the business.

Kothari has helped build Jettainer's business and strengthen customer relationships across the Americas. As he retires, he will hand over responsibility to Meitzner and a team that the company said is well positioned to continue its development in the region.
