Jettainer has extended its unit load device (ULD) management partnership with Trinity Airways, formerly known as T’way Air, continuing a collaboration that began in 2022. The renewed agreement will include the planned introduction of Internet of Things (IoT) tracking technology to improve fleet visibility, transparency and operational efficiency.
Since the partnership began, Jettainer has helped Trinity Airways establish its ULD fleet and expand it in line with the airline’s changing requirements. The airline has relied exclusively on lightweight ULDs to reduce aircraft weight, lower fuel consumption and support more efficient operations.
Jettainer said the quality and reliability of its operational support were key factors in the extension. Its ULD Control Desk provides assistance and supports the efficient management of Trinity Airways’ ULD fleet.
The companies said their close operational cooperation had built a foundation of trust, with the planned IoT tracking deployment expected to further strengthen the partnership’s digital capabilities.
Taesoo Kim, Chief Manager / Cargo Transportation at Trinity Airways, said, “Jettainer has been a trusted and highly committed partner from day one.The team’s responsiveness, expertise and consistent operational support have been instrumental in developing our ULD operations. As we continue to grow, we are confident that Jettainer is the right partner by our side and look forward to building on our successful collaboration in the years ahead.”
The next phase of the partnership will involve introducing the latest Internet of Things (IoT) tracking technology to improve transparency and enable more efficient ULD fleet management, further strengthening the digital capabilities of Trinity Airways’ operations.
Jettainer’s Chief Sales Officer, Thorsten Riekert, said the contract extension reflects Trinity Airways’ confidence in the company’s services and the expertise of its operational teams. Since the partnership began in 2022, Jettainer has supported the airline’s growth and adapted its ULD management services to meet changing requirements.
The extended agreement reinforces the companies’ long-term collaboration, combining established operational support with new digital capabilities to accommodate Trinity Airways’ future growth and evolving ULD management needs.
