FedEx and ServiceNow have expanded their strategic collaboration with the launch of a new AI-powered supply chain solution aimed at improving workflows, visibility and decision-making across global supply chains.

The solution integrates logistics intelligence from FedEx Dataworks into ServiceNow’s AI platform, allowing real-time data and insights to be embedded directly into digital workflows. This enables businesses to access critical supply chain information within a single system.

The companies said the new offering is designed to help organisations better manage supply chain disruptions by improving visibility and enabling faster responses to issues. It uses AI to automate workflows and provide actionable insights based on data from FedEx’s global network.

The solution also allows businesses to move beyond traditional tracking by using real-time shipment data to trigger workflows and address potential disruptions. This is expected to help reduce delays, improve efficiency and enhance customer experience.

As part of the rollout, the companies are introducing capabilities such as supplier insights and supplier visibility, which support supplier assessment and onboarding while enabling more proactive management.

FedEx and ServiceNow said they will continue to build on the collaboration to deliver further innovations in intelligent supply chain management.
