ECS Group mourns loss of senior Globe Air Cargo US leader Vincenzo Armano

ECS Group has announced the passing of Vincenzo Armano, Director at Globe Air Cargo US, expressing deep sadness over his death.

Based at New York’s JFK Airport, Armano spent more than ten years with ECS Group and played a key role in the development of Globe Air Cargo US. The company said his leadership, market knowledge and strong commercial vision made a significant contribution to the Group’s growth.

Before joining Globe Air Cargo, Armano held several senior roles in the aviation and air cargo industry. He worked as Saudi Operations Representative at Saudi Airlines, General Manager at Cargo Airport Services USA, and Customer Service Duty Manager at British Airways, building over three decades of experience in airline operations and cargo services.

ECS Group noted that Armano was widely respected within the organisation and among airline partners. His commitment, integrity and passion for the air cargo industry helped shape Globe Air Cargo US and left a lasting impact on the teams he worked with.

The Group said Armano will remain an important part of ECS Group’s history and extended its condolences to his family, friends and colleagues.
