C.H. Robinson Worldwide, has reported its financial results for the quarter ended 31 December 2025, showing resilient performance in a challenging market. The global logistics company’s adjusted income from operations increased to $197.4 million, while cash returned to shareholders rose sharply to $207.7 million in the quarter. Total revenue fell to $3.9 billion compared with the same period last year.

In the fourth quarter, C.H. Robinson said it continued to gain market share and manage revenue carefully despite difficult conditions in the freight industry. Its North American Surface Transportation segment saw total volume rise by around 1 per cent and truckload volume by about 3 per cent, outpacing a decline in the broader market. Adjusted gross profit margins in this segment improved slightly.

Chief Executive Officer Dave Bozeman said the quarter brought a tough macroeconomic environment, with weak global freight demand, higher spot costs for trucking and falling ocean freight rates. He added that the company had focused on service, disciplined execution and productivity improvements to support performance.

C.H. Robinson’s gross profits in the quarter decreased to $642.5 million, and operating expenses fell to $475.7 million. Net income for the period was $136.3 million, with diluted earnings per share at $1.12. Adjusted diluted earnings per share increased to $1.23.

For the full year 2025, the company reported total revenues of $16.2 billion, down from the previous year, while net income increased to $587.1 million and diluted earnings per share rose to $4.83.
