Air China Cargo goes digital with cargo.one partnership
Air China Cargo has partnered with cargo.one to expand its global digital sales reach, giving freight forwarders easier access to its capacity through AI-powered quoting, booking and tracking tools.
Air China Cargo, the dedicated air freight subsidiary of Air China, has partnered with cargo.one to make its air freight capacity available on the digital booking platform used by thousands of freight forwarders worldwide.
The partnership marks Air China Cargo’s first global digital distribution collaboration and brings its capacity into cargo.one’s AI-powered quoting and booking workflows. The move is aimed at accelerating the carrier’s digital sales strategy while expanding its reach among freight forwarders across global markets.
Air China Cargo operates a fleet of 24 dedicated freighters, complemented by bellyhold capacity on Air China’s international passenger network. Its network includes 30 all-cargo routes connecting 14 countries across Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Americas and the Middle East, supported by more than 1,500 overland trucking routes.
The carrier serves a range of industries, including high-tech, pharmaceuticals, automotive, e-commerce and perishables.
Through the integration, freight forwarders will be able to access Air China Cargo’s capacity via cargo.one’s digital platform, enabling them to obtain quotes and make bookings more efficiently. The partnership also allows Air China Cargo to leverage cargo.one’s global reach and digital capabilities as it expands and modernises its sales and distribution strategy.

From today, cargo.one users in Europe and North America can quote, book and track general cargo shipments, including Express services, of up to 5,000 kg on Air China Cargo flights. The service covers key destinations including Shanghai Pudong, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Chongqing and Hangzhou. cargo.one said additional markets and capacity products will be added to the platform in the coming months.
