ACS expands Brisbane office as Australia business grows
The expansion follows sustained growth in charter demand and an increase in staffing levels over the past four years.

Air Charter Service has expanded its operations in Australia with the opening of a new and larger office in Brisbane, six months after launching its Perth office. The move marks a further investment in the market as the company scales its presence across key Australian cities.
The new Brisbane office is more than four times the size of the team’s previous workspace and reflects increased activity in the region. The expansion follows sustained growth in charter demand and an increase in staffing levels over the past four years.
Melissa Rogers, Charter Sales Director, ACS Brisbane, said of the move, “In the four years since Matthew Haigh and I opened our office here, we have seen incredible growth and now boast an ever-growing team of almost 20 people.”
She added, “The office has seen huge success and, over the last 12 months, has seen charter numbers more than double 2024’s results. On top of large underlying growth, we have also won several more FIFO (Fly In, Fly Out) contracts with key clients, as our reputation in the region continues to grow.”
Rogers said the new location would support long-term expansion plans. “This new office gives us the room to fulfil our growth plans for the foreseeable future and is ideally situated in the James Street precinct of Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley. This is an exciting time for ACS Australia, as we look to further our success and grow our teams here in Brisbane and continue the success of our Sydney and Perth operations.”
