Delta Cargo expands digital booking and global flight network
Delta Cargo joins cargo.one platform and adds new routes to Morocco and New Zealand, enhancing digital and global reach.

Delta Cargo has announced two major developments that highlight its focus on digital innovation and network expansion, strengthening its position as a customer-first carrier in the global air cargo market.
The U.S.-based carrier has gone live on cargo.one, a leading digital platform for air freight booking. Through this integration, accredited freight forwarders can now compare Delta Cargo rates and capacity, make bookings in real time, and access end-to-end shipment details within a single platform. Initially, Delta’s services will be available on cargo.one for shipments originating from Ireland, the United Kingdom, and the United States (Domestic and Export). Additional regions are expected to be added later this year, as Delta continues to scale its digital accessibility across global markets.
In parallel with its digital milestone, Delta Cargo is also expanding its global reach with new and returning routes. On October 25, Delta will launch a new trans-Atlantic service between Atlanta (ATL) and Marrakech, Morocco (RAK), offering between 5-8 tonnes of cargo capacity per flight. The new service is expected to strengthen trade flows for Morocco’s high-demand exports such as fruit, fish, and fashion, providing direct and reliable access to the U.S. market.
Additionally, Delta will resume daily flights between Los Angeles (LAX) and Auckland (AKL), operated by an Airbus A350 with up to 15 tonnes of cargo capacity each way. This reinstated service reopens vital trans-Pacific connectivity for shippers, offering increased capacity and flexibility on a key trade lane.
With its integration on cargo.one and the introduction of new routes, Delta Cargo is positioning itself at the intersection of digital transformation and global network growth. Together, these moves underscore the airline’s commitment to providing seamless, transparent, and customer-centric cargo solutions worldwide.
