“We are aiming for 25% of our senior leadership to be female by 2023”
In April 2021, Menzies Aviation, the global aviation logistics specialist, announced its commitment to making 100% of its operations carbon neutral by the company’s 200-year anniversary in 2033 with its ‘All In’ sustainability strategy.
Interestingly the company looked inward towards its own employees to chart out this path and found health & safety, legal & ethical, people, and the environment as key areas of focus.
Katy Reid, Head of Sustainability & Corporate Responsibility, Menzies Aviation talks about how the company’s sustainability goals have since evolved, its targets when it comes to ensuring gender equity and diversity in the workplace, on joining Mission Possible Partnership (MPP), an alliance of climate leaders, its work with various climate impact partner organisations and on digitalisation.
