Aeromexico Cargo has completed an assessment for implementing an automated revenue management (RM) system in collaboration with Revenue Technology Services (RTS). This initiative is a crucial step towards modernising its pricing and capacity management strategies, helping the carrier maximise profitability and efficiency in an increasingly competitive air cargo market.

The assessment, conducted throughout 2024, involved extensive data analysis, on-site evaluations, employee training, and system reviews to determine the feasibility of integrating an advanced RM solution. It focused on several key areas, including data quality, existing revenue management processes, market dynamics, change management, and potential system integrations. By completing this evaluation, Aeromexico Cargo has laid the groundwork for an efficient and technology-driven revenue strategy.
