SpeedX appoints Tim Lock as Chief Product Officer

SpeedX, the tech-enabled last-mile delivery platform, has announced the appointment of Tim Lock as its new Chief Product Officer (CPO). The move is an addition to the company’s executive leadership team as it seeks to scale its logistics technology and expand its market footprint.
According to the press release, in his new capacity, Lock will be responsible for steering SpeedX’s product vision. His primary focus will be on accelerating platform innovation and enhancing customer impact across the company’s expanding logistics network.
Bringing a background in e-commerce and last-mile delivery, Lock joins SpeedX with an impressive resume. His experience includes successfully standardising and scaling products within high-volume, complex network operations across the United States, Europe, and Asia.
"Tim’s career has been defined by driving product strategy and operational transformation in some of the world’s most demanding logistics environments," the company said.
Before joining SpeedX, Lock held several high-profile leadership positions at industry titans. At A.P. Moller – Maersk, he served as Product Head of last mile, leading critical product transformations and navigating the complexities of global B2C and B2B cross-border solutions.
He was also a member of the country leadership team at DHL eCommerce, where he served as the general manager for the Hong Kong branch. Additionally, throughout his career, Lock has played a role in supporting multiple strategic acquisitions and integrations, further strengthening his reputation as a transformational leader.
