WiseTech launches CargoWise Value Packs with new global logistics model
The new packs simplify billing and add expanded capabilities for forwarding, customs, warehousing and transport.;
WiseTech Global has launched its new CargoWise Value Packs to simplify billing, cut platform overheads for customers and introduce a larger range of product capabilities for forwarding, customs, warehousing and land transport operations. More than 95% of customers were informed about the change on 31 October 2025, and the new model became available to them from 1 December 2025.
The value packs form part of a new commercial model that replaces the seat and transaction licence system used since 2014. Under the new approach, CargoWise no longer charges cloud hosting costs or seat fees. The Value Pack pricing links directly to the transaction that a logistics provider performs for an importer or exporter, and service providers may choose to pass this charge to their customers in line with current industry practices.
WiseTech has tailored the four value packs to forwarding, customs, warehousing and land transport. Each pack brings a single transaction fee for a logistics job, such as a shipment, a stand-alone customs declaration, a land transport move or a warehouse order line. WiseTech plans to add more functionality over time as it continues to invest in automation for logistics execution and global supply chain management.
The Value Packs provide access to a wide range of capabilities for logistics providers, importers, exporters and international traders. They include more than 216 modules and functions for logistics service providers, along with all features released under the Early Access Agreement in the past year. Importers and exporters receive more than 116 new capabilities, including an expanded CargoWise Neo, to help them connect to and automate their work while improving planning, execution, visibility and predictability. They also gain access to several supply chain tools and modules from the e2open product suite.
WiseTech has also included full access to its AI automation features. These include the AI workflow engine, the AI management engine, the AI Classification Assistant, ComplianceWise and the AI CargoWise Expert chatbot. These tools aim to reduce labour requirements, lower risk and boost the productivity of skilled operational staff and line managers. In addition, customers using the Value Packs receive free access to WiseTech Academy courseware, which offers industry-recognised training and certification for CargoWise and a range of logistics, business and management skills.
Richard White, Co-Founder and Chief Innovation Officer, said the CargoWise Value Packs offer a major increase in value and capability. He said the AI engines and the new commercial model will support automation and productivity for logistics customers and their trading partners. He added that WiseTech will provide incentives for customer staff to build their skills through the WiseTech Academy.
Chief Executive Officer Zubin Appoo said the launch reflects the company’s progress toward its strategic goals. He said WiseTech has acted on customer feedback by simplifying billing and giving easier access to additional functions through a single transaction charge. According to him, this change removes barriers to adopting new modules and adding new customers, and he expects more capabilities to be added over time to support digitalisation across the industry. He also noted that WiseTech will continue to focus on innovation, including its new AI workflow tools and Container Transport Optimisation, while making full use of the opportunities created by the integration of e2open. He said WiseTech remains committed to delivering long-term value through innovation in logistics and trade.
