Freightos posts Q2 2025 results, sees 31% increase in revenue
Transactions grew to a record 397,000 in the second quarter, up 26% year on year, marking the 22nd consecutive quarter of growth;
Freightos Limited reported financial results for the second quarter of 2025, announcing higher revenue and transaction volumes while revising its full-year outlook. The company reported revenue of $7.4 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, up 31% from the same period last year.
Freightos said transactions grew to a record 397,000 in the second quarter, up 26% year on year, marking the 22nd consecutive quarter of growth. Gross booking value reached $317 million, a 56% increase compared with last year. Adjusted EBITDA stood at negative $2.9 million, compared to negative $3.1 million in the second quarter of 2024.
CEO Zvi Schreiber said, "Freightos continues to solidify its position as a leader in the end-to-end digital transformation of the international freight industry, achieving robust second-quarter results with a 31% year-over-year revenue increase. We have revised our full-year transaction outlook upward, reflecting our confidence in sustained growth."
CFO Pablo Pinillos added, “Our second-quarter performance reflects a strong revenue increase, surpassing our expectations and underscoring our ability to adapt and grow in challenging market conditions. Adjusted EBITDA was in line with our expectations and would have exceeded expectations if it wasn’t for the appreciation of the EUR and other currencies against the USD.”
For the third quarter of 2025, Freightos expects between 419,000 and 425,000 transactions, representing 24 to 25% growth year over year. GBV is projected at $329 million to $333 million, up 51 to 53%. Revenue is forecast at $7.6 million to $7.7 million, with adjusted EBITDA between negative $2.6 million and negative $2.5 million.
For the full year 2025, Freightos projects 1.61 million to 1.68 million transactions, reflecting 23 to 29% annual growth. GBV is expected to be between $1.25 billion and $1.27 billion, a 40 to 42% increase. Revenue is forecast between $29.5 million and $30 million.
