American Airlines Cargo joins Unilode ULD management & digital network

Unilode Aviation Solutions has partnered with American Airlines Cargo to manage the airline’s entire Unit Load Device (ULD) fleet, providing repair, maintenance, and digitalisation services.
The collaboration covers American Airlines Cargo operations across the United States and globally, with a dedicated Customer Success Team based in Dallas-Fort Worth and worldwide to provide 24/7 support. Unilode also conducted roadshows and training sessions to ensure a smooth onboarding process for the airline.
Under the partnership, Unilode will handle all aspects of ULD management for American Airlines Cargo, including fleet repair, maintenance, and digital tracking. The dedicated Customer Success Team will work with the airline to implement continuous improvement and customised solutions.

American Airlines Cargo serves more than 350 destinations across over 60 countries, transporting goods ranging from pharmaceuticals to perishables and e-commerce products.
This partnership aims to strengthen operational efficiency, improve reliability, and expand the digital management of ULDs for American Airlines Cargo while building a long-term collaboration between the two companies.
