Kawal Preet moves to new FedEx executive role
FedEx said a successor for the APAC regional president role will be named later.

FedEx Corp. has appointed Kawal Preet as executive vice president, Planning, Engineering, and Transformation, effective October 1, 2025.
The appointment was announced by the company in Memphis, where Preet will report to FedEx president and CEO Raj Subramaniam and join the FedEx Executive Committee.
Preet has held the position of regional president for the Asia Pacific region since 2020. She has spent 28 years with the company in operations, planning, and engineering roles.
In her new role, Preet will lead the Transformation Office and oversee the DRIVE framework and related initiatives. She will also manage a centralised planning and engineering function focused on network integration.
“With her institutional knowledge and industry expertise, Kawal’s leadership in this new role will enable a holistic approach to our DRIVE transformation efforts that are creating long-term value for our customers, team members, and stockholders,” said Raj Subramaniam, president and chief executive officer of FedEx Corporation. "Her collaborative, thoughtful approach and commitment to excellence will further our progress towards a globally integrated network as she leads a centralised planning and engineering team."
