Berli Jucker Logistics and DHL form joint venture to boost Thai logistics
The partnership aims to transform BJC Big C Group’s logistics to global standards and expand into high-potential markets.

Berli Jucker Logistics (BJL), a subsidiary of the BJC Big C Group, has entered into a landmark joint venture with DHL Supply Chain (Thailand) to elevate Thailand’s logistics industry to international standards and support expansion into high-potential markets.
The agreement, signed at Big C House in Bangkok, marks a major step toward transforming the logistics operations of the BJC Big C Group. The partnership aims to enhance distribution efficiency while building a robust logistics and supply chain platform to serve both existing and new customers, particularly in the healthcare sector where global standards are essential.
For BJC Big C Group, the collaboration strengthens BJL’s capabilities as a provider of world-class logistics services across multiple sectors including packaging, consumer goods and healthcare. For DHL Supply Chain, it provides strategic access to Thailand’s fast-growing and dynamic economy, one of Southeast Asia’s most vibrant trade hubs driven by a strong manufacturing base and modern infrastructure.
Through this joint venture, DHL will bring its global best practices, advanced digital tools and operational excellence to the Thai market, helping to drive innovation and efficiency across entire supply chains.
At the signing ceremony, Mrs. Thapanee Techajareonvikul, CEO and President of Berli Jucker Public Company Limited, highlighted that the collaboration reflects the group’s vision to build a fully integrated supply chain and to raise Thailand’s logistics standards to global benchmarks, especially in the healthcare sector.
Mr. Javier Bilbao, CEO of DHL Supply Chain Asia Pacific, said the partnership represents a strategic step in shaping the future of logistics in Thailand. “As customer needs evolve and industries such as life sciences and healthcare demand greater precision and reliability, this partnership strengthens our ability to deliver smarter, more resilient supply chains,” he said.
Mr. Steve Walker, CEO of DHL Supply Chain Thailand Cluster, noted that the two companies have collaborated for over two decades.
