ACS Time Critical transports Triceratops fossils to Abu Dhabi
The fossils are now part of the collection at the Natural History Museum Abu Dhabi.

Air Charter Service’s Time Critical division transported more than three tonnes of Triceratops bones from the United States to Abu Dhabi towards the end of last year, supporting the opening of a new natural history museum in the emirate. The shipment involved multiple crates carrying fossil material destined for public display.
According to Robert Alleman, CEO of the Time Critical team at Air Charter Service, the request was received from a customer seeking an end-to-end transport solution to move the fossils from Denver within a fixed deadline linked to the museum’s opening. The requirement included coordinating air and ground logistics across multiple locations.
The company arranged a Next Flight Out solution using two separate routes to Abu Dhabi, with one consignment moving via Chicago and the other via London Heathrow. Liftgate trucks were organised to collect the crates in Denver, with specialist handlers overseeing the transfer to the airport prior to departure.
Alleman said the shipments were tracked throughout the journey and that local authorities managed final delivery on arrival. Representatives from the Abu Dhabi Department of Culture and Tourism oversaw the movement of the crates to the museum site to meet the scheduled opening timeline.
The fossils are now part of the collection at the Natural History Museum Abu Dhabi, which opened in late November. The museum is the largest natural history institution in the Middle East and features several complete Triceratops skeletons on display for the public.
