Kuehne+Nagel, Medtronic open fulfilment centre in Milton, Canada
Site opening marks 10th healthcare facility for Kuehne+Nagel Contract Logistics in Canada.
Kuehne+Nagel announced the opening of a new, temperature-controlled fulfilment centre for its partner Medtronic.
The global healthcare technology company develops, manufactures and sells medical devices and therapies to treat complex medical conditions, says an official release from Kuehne+Nagel.
At the 25,000 sq.m site, Kuehne+Nagel supports Medtronic by distributing its products to hospitals and institutions, the release added. "Medtronic also operates a service and repair centre within the facility as well as a test and preventative maintenance centre for their medical equipment."
