Unitrans signs up with va-Q-tec for small box rental

April 17, 2018: Unitrans, a Mitsubishi Logistics Group company, has inked strategic partnership with va-Q-tec for thermal packaging solutions in Japan. 

The thermal packaging solutions provider will provide temperature controlled solutions for three standard temperature ranges: -25°C to -15°C, +2°C to +8°C and +15°C to +25°C in several sizes. With vacuum insulation panels (VIPs) and the phase change materials (PCMs), the packaging systems will hold temperatures constant up to 144 hours.

Unitrans will begin offering va-Q-tec’s small box rental service to customers in June 2018.
