SEKO Logistics expands its logistics footprint in Mexico

March 8, 2018: As part of its global expansion plan, SEKO Logistics is planning to augment its logistics hubs across Mexico.

In its first phase, SEKO Logistics Mexico is expected to operate from Laredo/Nuevo Laredo, McAllen/Reynosa, Mexico City, Monterrey, Toluca, and Queretaro.

In the second phase, it’s planning to expand its warehouse network to 20 locations across Mexico.

SEKO is also making significant investments to establish logistics centers and infrastructure required to meet growing demand from clients in the automotive, retail and aerospace industries. It includes the opening of its first warehouse facility of nearly 10,000 square meters in Mexico.

SEKO Logistics Mexico recently inaugurated its new distribution center located in Ocoyoacac, Mexico.

It’s the first project completed under the direction of William Wascher, who took over as SEKO Logistics’ Chairman last month to focus on strategic initiatives for the company.

He will be responsible to identify new ways to grow the business with initiatives, such as this ‘watershed’ expansion for SEKO in Mexico.

The potential for us in Mexico is further enhanced by our network of nearly 60 locations in the United States.”
