International full-service provider Hellmann Worldwide Logistics has announced that Monika Thielemann-Hald will be the new global head of automotive logistics. Thielemann-Hald succeeds Martin Wehner, who has successfully managed the automotive business at Hellmann in recent years and has now assumed the role of chief commercial officer Europe.

Monika Thielemann-Hald has many years of international experience in automotive logistics. After almost 20 years at Schenker in various management positions in the automotive sector, she moved to Panalpina in 2014, where Thielemann-Hald established the Automotive Logistics Solutions division in Europe.

Hellmann has been a global player in automotive logistics for over 20 years and is one of the world's leading logistics providers with services in air and sea freight, national and international road and rail transport as well as contract logistics. In the automotive sector, the portfolio includes value-added services such as warehousing and customs clearance as well as classic multimodal transport services using all modes of transport.
