Havas gets EU GDP certification for Istanbul facility

Havas, the global ground handler, was granted the European Union GDP (Good Distribution Practices) certificate following the comprehensive audits at the company’s warehouse in Istanbul Airport. GDP certification, which audits compliance to the international quality standards in air cargo transportation for pharmaceuticals and products that require cold storage, covers special storage areas and cargo acceptance procedures, transportation between warehouses and handling processes at the company’s warehouse in Istanbul Airport. Providing privileged services by its reefer trucks in its fleet and at its special cold storage rooms, Havas certified its service quality in transportation of pharmaceuticals and products that require cold storage at international standards.
