dnata joins hand with IBS to implement iCargo terminal operation system

March 13, 2018: World’s largest air services provider, dnata recently entered into a contract with IBS Software, a leading IT solutions provider for global aviation industry, to implement the iCargo terminal operation suite across all its stations.

iCargo is an end-to-end solution, which will seamlessly manage dnata’s global air cargo movement.

dnata is the first ground handler to launch a global roll-out of iCargo, which plans to have all its operations under one united platform using unified processes.

iCargo terminal operation suite will be implemented in phases across dnata’s system by 2020. The suite will have a user base of over 5,000 staff across 27 stations, in 10 countries, from the USA to Australia, interfacing seamlessly with a host of other system applications within the IT landscape of the business.
