On 14 September 2020, the employees of Bolloré Logistics Quimper moved into their new site in Ergué-Gabéric, the original home of the Bolloré family. This new building, located next to a major trunk road (the RN165), enjoys exceptional visibility. Located in a new business park which is already home to several logistics firms, this site positions Bolloré Logistics at the heart of its sector and brings it closer to its partners.

The opening of this new site in the Finistère department confirms the long-term ambitions of Bolloré Logistics in the region. It emphasises the company's desire to support its long-standing and more recent customers in the area by delivering local services, supported by its global network.

“This new agency will be able to accommodate new employees and talented young recruits, who we want to support with training and facilitate their integration into the company, particularly during this period of crisis. This exciting project for our employees will greatly enhance the quality of workplace life as well as promoting our activity in the region and among our customers,” said branch manager François Quinquis.

The agency can count on its team, with wide-ranging expertise in a multitude of business sectors and products, to deliver comprehensive solutions for the management of import and export flows. Its range of services incorporates extensive local knowledge and expertise in the air and maritime sectors, in countries, customs formalities and legal requirements. They also draw on the dense French and international network of Bolloré Logistics to deliver innovative solutions that create value for all its customers.

The agency operates on behalf of both small and medium-sized enterprises in the region, whose international development it supports, as well as large groups. It has developed specific and long-standing expertise, particularly in the shipping and agri-food sectors, for which it handles the overall management of flows.

“This significant investment demonstrates – to our employees, customers and partners – our long-term ambitions for our activity in the region. Our new building also illustrates the importance of maintaining a close relationship with the economic fabric of western Brittany. This new modern and highly functional agency is fully in line with the development charter adopted in Europe, promoting a reduction in our environmental impact and a focus on employee comfort,” said Arnaud Emily, West Regional Director for Bolloré Logistics.
