Paul Coutts named CEO of EV Cargo
Coutts to focus on driving customer success, volume growth and gross profit at EV Cargo
Paul Coutts will serve as CEO of EV Cargo Global Forwarding & Technology w.e.f. January 1, 2024.
"Paul joined EV Cargo in 2021 as Global COO. His 40+ years of industry experience includes serving as Group CEO of Singapore Post, Global CEO of Toll Global Forwarding as well as other top leadership positions at major global logistics companies including DHL," says an official release.
Global forwarding is EV Cargo’s largest operating division with over 1,400 professionals and 65 locations in 26 countries worldwide, the release added. The division manages the movement of over 250,000 TEU of sea freight, 75,000 tonnes of air freight and 30,000 road freight jobs each year, connecting over 2,400 country pairs every month with its global services, and operates over a million square feet of warehousing space.
It also provides technology enabled international supply chain management services for many of the world’s leading brands as well as for thousands of small and medium sized enterprises worldwide, the release said.
