Kuehne+Nagel has announced three senior management appointments across the United States, Germany and Southern Europe, as part of its ongoing leadership development and global management strategy.

Daniel Randig will assume the role of National Manager for the United States, effective November 1, 2026. Meanwhile, Björn Traemann has been appointed National Manager for Germany, and Miguel Germano will take over as Cluster Manager for Spain, Portugal and Malta, with both appointments coming into effect on January 1, 2027.

The appointments highlight Kuehne+Nagel’s focus on strengthening its leadership pipeline by promoting experienced professionals with extensive market knowledge, international exposure and a strong customer-centric approach.

Randig brings nearly 30 years of experience in the logistics sector, covering Sea and Air Logistics, sales, and general management. He joined Kuehne+Nagel in Brazil in 2001 and subsequently developed an international career across the United States and the Middle East. Before his latest appointment, he served as National Air Logistics Manager for the USA. He succeeds Marcus Bennett, who will move into a new global management role within the company.

Traemann, who has spent more than 23 years with Kuehne+Nagel, brings considerable international leadership experience and expertise in Sea Logistics. During his career, he has held positions in Germany, China, Singapore, the Middle East, BeLux and, most recently, Vietnam. He will succeed Tobias Jerschke, who is leaving the company to pursue opportunities outside the logistics industry after more than 28 years of service.

Germano, meanwhile, has 18 years of international leadership experience with Kuehne+Nagel. Having previously held senior positions in Portugal and Turkey, he most recently served as National Manager for Mexico. He will succeed Miguel Ambielle Fernandez, who, like Bennett, will take up a new global management position within the organisation.

Through these leadership transitions, Kuehne+Nagel aims to build on its international expertise and ensure strong management continuity across key markets.
