Dimerco Express Group has expanded its logistics capacity in Singapore and San Francisco as it responds to rising global demand linked to the growth of artificial intelligence and semiconductor supply chains.

The company has opened a 35,000 sq ft logistics facility at 80 Alps Avenue in Singapore’s Airport Logistics Park. Located within a Free Trade Zone, the site supports faster customs processes, cross-border movement, and reduced handling costs for high-value cargo. The facility strengthens Singapore’s role as a transshipment hub for AI hardware, semiconductor equipment, electronics, and healthcare shipments.

Dimerco has also upgraded its San Francisco facility to a 50,000 sq ft warehouse to support transpacific flows. The company said the two expansions reflect the need for high-compliance logistics services and the increasing complexity of time-sensitive shipments in the technology sector.

"Our latest expansions are driven by customer and market demands for enhanced logistics infrastructure capable of supporting the rapid global adoption of AI and semiconductor technologies," said Jeffrey Shih, CEO of Dimerco Express Group. "By strengthening our facilities in these strategic locations, we ensure faster, more reliable, and cost-effective logistics services, directly addressing the sophisticated needs of our global customers."

The expanded sites enable Dimerco to provide integrated services that include air and ocean freight, bonded warehousing, contract logistics, and distribution. The company said it has long managed sensitive and capital-intensive cargo such as semiconductor manufacturing tools and data centre components.

The enhancements support scalability for customers handling peak demand and long-term growth in AI-driven industries. Dimerco maintains more than 150 offices and over 80 contract logistics sites and works with more than 200 partner agents worldwide.
