Global GSA Group’s subsidiary, Mondial Airlines Services GmbH, has been selected as the general sales agent (GSA) for Coyne Airways in Germany, following a successful tender process. The new partnership, effective from 17 April 2025, will strengthen Coyne Airways’ footprint across Germany, particularly enhancing its scheduled freighter operations from Frankfurt via Liège to the Caspian region, and to a wide network of destinations across the Middle East and Africa.

Coyne Airways has built a strong reputation over three decades by serving complex and underserved markets with dependable scheduled cargo services. Under this agreement, Mondial will represent Coyne’s two weekly Boeing 767 freighter departures out of Liège—on Sundays and Tuesdays—servicing key cities in the Caucasus region including Tbilisi (TBS), Georgia, and Yerevan (EVN), Armenia.

Mondial will also coordinate trucking connections from Frankfurt to Liège, ensuring seamless cargo movement for industries such as automotive, pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, healthcare, and perishable food products.

The deal extends beyond the Caspian corridor. It includes Coyne Airways’ robust Gulf service that offers access to over 30 niche destinations across the Middle East and Africa through strategic transit hubs in Sharjah (SHJ) and Dubai World Central (DWC). These routes include high-demand but logistically challenging locations such as Kabul, Baghdad, Erbil, Juba, and Ndjamena, among others.

Coyne Airways CEO Larry Coyne praised Mondial’s local market expertise and customer service capabilities: “With their broad footprint across Germany—including offices in Frankfurt, Dusseldorf, Munich, Stuttgart, and Hamburg—Mondial is well-equipped to deliver the responsiveness and service quality our customers expect.”

Zafer Aggunduz, Chief Commercial Officer at Global GSA Group, added: “Representing an airline like Coyne Airways, with such a distinct and reliable service model, is a real honour. Our German teams bring the agility and knowledge needed to support Coyne’s unique operations.”

Aytekin Saray, Global GSA Group CEO, highlighted the partnership’s potential: “Coyne’s operations demand precision and adaptability. Mondial is committed to upholding these standards and extending Coyne’s reach into key markets.”

This partnership marks a strategic step forward in enhancing connectivity to regions often underserved by mainstream carriers, reinforcing both companies’ roles in supporting global supply chain resilience.
