LOT Cargo, the cargo division of LOT Polish Airlines, has partnered with Revenue Technology Services (RTS) to implement a new suite of AI-driven commercial solutions, including Velocity, AcceleRate, and Foresight. The move aims to enhance pricing, forecasting, and revenue planning capabilities across the airline’s global cargo network.

LOT Polish Airlines, one of the world’s oldest carriers and a leader in Central and Eastern Europe, operates flights across Europe, Asia, and North America. LOT Cargo has become a key contributor to the airline’s growth, providing flexible and reliable solutions for international customers.

Through RTS’s technology, LOT Cargo expects to optimise yields, improve decision-making, and align short-term operations with long-term strategy. “Partnering with RTS is fully aligned with our long-term strategy to combine innovation with sustainable growth,” said Michał Grochowski, Head of Cargo, LOT Cargo.

RTS, headquartered in Dallas, Texas, has more than 15 years of experience in revenue optimisation for passenger and cargo carriers. Its AI-based solutions are designed to help airlines thrive in volatile markets, increase profitability, and build competitiveness.

The implementation will be phased to ensure smooth adoption and ownership by LOT’s commercial teams. “Enhanced forecasting accuracy will allow us to better anticipate demand and optimise capacity,” said Łukasz Kachaniuk, Head of Sales, LOT Cargo. “This will improve responsiveness to market changes and ensure timely service for our customers.”

RTS executives highlighted the partnership as a step towards sustainable growth and commercial agility. “By bringing together RTS’s AI-driven solutions with LOT’s global ambitions, we’re building the foundation for long-term success,” said Johan van Rensburg, Vice President, RTS.

LOT’s choice underscores growing confidence in RTS as a partner for digital transformation in cargo.
