Hellmann and SkyNet partner on cross-border e-commerce
The new cross-border e-commerce solution will initially be available to shippers based in the EU and UK, before being rolled out globally.

In response to the surging global demand for reliable and affordable logistics solutions, Hellmann Worldwide Logistics and SkyNet Worldwide Express have formed a strategic partnership to develop a new cross-border e-commerce solution. This comprehensive, end-to-end service connects consumers and brands worldwide, covering all aspects of the e-commerce supply chain, including warehousing, fulfilment, re-fulfilment, B2C deliveries, and returns management, according to an official release from Hellmann Worldwide Logistics.
By combining Hellmann's global freight expertise with SkyNet’s advanced e-commerce capabilities, the partners have created a new approach to cross-border trade. SkyNet´s decades of experience in B2C delivery and partnerships with leading global retailers enable seamless digital integration, advanced customs clearance, and reliable last-mile operations. Together, they deliver a service faster than postal shipping yet significantly more cost-effective than express options. Integrated systems provide end-to-end tracking across all regions and transport modes, while SkyNet’s digital tools and API connectivity allow merchants to manage global shipments through a single integration. Hellmann contributes the freight infrastructure and worldwide warehousing expertise to scale operations efficiently, the release added.
While Hellmann’s previous e-commerce solutions primarily targeted B2B and warehousing, the new joint offering with SkyNet focuses on cross-border B2C distribution. From pick-up and linehaul to import/export customs clearance, delivery, returns management, and customer service, SkyNet provides complete cross-border solutions daily across more than 190 countries. This partnership positions both companies as a strong alternative to established providers, not only for global corporations but also for small and medium-sized enterprises.
“Global parcel shipping is our core business. With this partnership, we are combining Hellmann’s infrastructure and market reach with SkyNet’s deep e-commerce expertise to create a true end-to-end solution for merchants of all sizes,” says Tommy Erasmus, Group CEO, SkyNet Worldwide Express.
