Blue Dart’s new digital platform lets businesses open accounts and start shipping instantly in just 10 minutes.

Blue Dart Express, South Asia’s leading express air and integrated logistics company, has launched its Digital Account Opening (DAO) platform, allowing businesses to open accounts and start shipping in just 10 minutes.
The new digital platform offers a seamless five-step onboarding process, including profile creation, plan selection, KYC verification, Aadhaar-enabled agreement signing, and prepaid card recharge. Once completed, customers can immediately begin shipping using their Digital Prepaid Card, while every interaction is tracked and supported in real time by Blue Dart’s system.
The DAO platform also gives early access to Blue Dart’s customer dashboard, enabling businesses to control tools and services that enhance the shipping experience. Customers can choose from three pre-defined shipping plans or select a customised plan tailored to their business needs.
