SpeedX founder acquires AGS, targets $1B supply chain empire
Accelerated Global Solutions boasts an extensive network of warehouses and offices across North America.
Chris Zheng, founder and CEO of SpeedX, a tech-enabled last-mile delivery leader, has acquired Accelerated Global Solutions (AGS), a New York City-based logistics company. The acquisition aims to create a $1 billion end-to-end supply chain solution infrastructure within 18 months.
The combined entity is expected to report revenues of over $500 million in 2024. SpeedX and AGS will operate as separate entities under their existing brands.

The acquisition brings together SpeedX's last-mile delivery expertise and AGS's strengths in customs brokerage and freight forwarding. Zheng will serve as President and CEO of AGS, focusing on building a comprehensive supply chain product suite.
