Hactl Welcomes New CEO, Frosti Lau

Frosti Lau Yi-sau has taken over as Chief Executive of Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited (HACTL), bringing more than 25 years of aviation and air cargo experience to the role. Succeeding Wilson Kwong, Lau is set to lead the world's busiest cargo airport's largest independent cargo handler, with a focus on operational excellence, innovation, and strengthening Hong Kong's position as a global air cargo hub.
