Rammohan Naidu is India’s new minister of civil aviation
He is also the youngest union cabinet minister and he will replace Jyotiraditya Scindia as the minister of civil aviation.
As Narendra Modi has taken charge as the prime minister of India for the third consecutive term, 36-year-old Kinjarapu Rammohan Naidu of Telugu Desam Party (TDP) and the Member of Parliament to the Lok Sabha from Andhra Pradesh's Srikakulam constituency, has been allocated the ministry of aviation.
He is also the youngest union cabinet minister and he will replace Jyotiraditya Scindia as the minister of civil aviation who becomes the minister of communications; and minister of development of North Eastern region.
Meanwhile, Nitin Jairam Gadkari will continue as the minister of road transport and highways, Sarbananda Sonowal as the minister of ports, shipping and waterways and Ashwini Vaishnaw as the minister of railways
Also, Nirmala Sitharaman will continue to be the minister of finance; and minister of corporate affairs while Piyush Goyal as minister of commerce and industry.
