Global Critical Logistics acquires Asesores De Flete

Asesores de Flete, S.A. (ADF), an experienced, non-asset-based provider of mission-critical logistics services to the live event, entertainment, sports, and broadcast sectors, has been acquired by Global Critical Logistics (GCL).
GCL's Rock-it Global brand will be linked with ADF.
The ADF purchase, along with Rock-it Global's significant presence in Latin America, strengthens Rock-it Global's in-house capabilities to service customers throughout the Spanish-speaking world.

Carlos Arauz Sanchez, the company's founder and managing director, will remain in charge.
Rock-it Global provides high-touch, mission-critical air, ocean, and surface freight forwarding and logistics services to the end markets of live entertainment and music tours, sports, broadcasting, corporate events, and tradeshows.
