Chapman Freeborn Americas has appointed Cam Bolton-Wilson as Vice President of its Humanitarian and Government division. Bolton-Wilson, a former Royal Marine and defence contractor, brings 24 years of experience in the military and humanitarian sectors to his new role.

Bolton-Wilson's background includes six years as a commando in the UK's Royal Marines and 18 years in senior leadership positions in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Yemen. His expertise in high-threat security operations and complex environments makes him a natural fit for this role, according to Eric Erbacher, CEO of Chapman Freeborn.

Chapman Freeborn has seen increased demand from government and humanitarian sectors in recent years, driven by global uncertainty. As a supporter of the United Nations World Food Programme, the company provides emergency airlift support, air bridges, and strategic freight hubs in times of crisis.

“Having served in active conflict and disaster zones, I have seen the impact of humanitarian airlifts first-hand,” said Bolton-Wilson. “Chapman Freeborn is an experienced and trusted partner for dozens of aid agencies, and I look forward to making sure it remains the charter broker of choice for humanitarian endeavours throughout the Americas.”

This appointment is part of Chapman Freeborn's continued recruitment strategy, which includes the recent appointment of Bernardo Nunes as Global Chief Operating Officer in November. With Bolton-Wilson at the helm, Chapman Freeborn Americas is poised to expand its humanitarian and government services in the region.

As the demand for humanitarian aid and government services continues to grow, Chapman Freeborn's expertise and experience make it an ideal partner for organisations operating in the Americas. With Bolton-Wilson's leadership, the company is well-positioned to meet the evolving needs of its clients and maintain its position as a leading charter broker in the region.
