Her role will focus on two key objectives: global market expansion and bolstering the Eastern European foundation.

Olga Palec-Furga
Specialised General Sales and Service Agent (GSSA) 4RCargo has announced the appointment of Olga Palec-Furga as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO). The move is the company's broader strategy to fortify its leadership hierarchy and cement its dominance within the Eastern European logistics sector.
Palec-Furga joins the firm, as 4RCargo celebrates its fifth year of operation. Tasked with supporting the senior management team, she will oversee the company's dual mission: expanding into untapped global markets while deepening the firm's established roots in Eastern Europe.
Palec-Furga brings more than two decades of aviation and logistics expertise to the role, with a career that spans a diverse range of high-level positions across commercial airlines, GSSAs, and airport operations throughout Poland.
“4RCargo is continuing to expand as a GSSA, and I am looking forward to playing a role in shaping how the company grows in the years to come,” said Palec-Furga. She noted that the Eastern European market is currently undergoing a rapid evolution, adding that 4RCargo is uniquely positioned to lead through a blend of operational experience and a fresh approach to modern GSSA operations.
4RCargo recently launched its Baltic operations and implemented a series of management title updates to better align with international industry standards.
“As we enter our fifth year, we are building on the momentum achieved to date and looking to consolidate our position in the Eastern European market,” said Pawel Kazmierczak, CEO of 4RCargo.
