Jettainer and IBS Software partner to transform ULD and cargo management

Jettainer and IBS Software have announced a long-term strategic partnership aimed at transforming how airlines and ground handlers manage unit load devices (ULDs) and cargo operations. The collaboration will integrate Jettainer’s next-generation ULD management solution, JettWareNG, with IBS Software’s digital cargo platforms, iCargo and iPartner Handling, through a state-of-the-art API interface.

The integration will enable faster, more secure, and seamless data exchange across the air cargo ecosystem. Customers can expect improved planning efficiency, streamlined workflows, and enhanced data-driven decision-making. Initial integration capabilities are expected to be available by late 2025.

The partnership will also automate ULD positioning and move orders, reducing the need for manual execution. General process transparency, including sharing tracking data via ONE Record, will provide real-time overviews of ULD positions and availability at individual locations.

As part of the long-term collaboration, Jettainer customers using iPartner Handling will be able to access both services under a single system, removing the need to operate multiple platforms.
