Atlanta station strengthens DoKaSch’s pharma air cargo network
The new facility, operated with SEKO Logistics, offers faster access to Opticoolers for time-critical pharma shipments.;
DoKaSch Temperature Solutions has expanded its global air cargo network with the launch of a new service station in Atlanta, Georgia. Operated with SEKO Logistics, the facility began operations in May 2025 and will strengthen worldwide pharmaceutical logistics by increasing the availability of its active temperature-controlled Opticooler containers.
Located near Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport, a major global cargo hub, the station offers fast access to life science clusters in the Southeast, including Raleigh–Durham. This strategic positioning allows pharmaceutical manufacturers and freight forwarders to secure containers at short notice, reducing lead times and ensuring the safe transport of temperature-sensitive products to markets across the Americas and beyond.
Managing Director Andreas Seitz said the move strengthens the company’s U.S. presence while improving customer access. By placing Opticoolers® closer to clients, DoKaSch aims to support global supply chains with faster, more reliable, and sustainable cold chain solutions.
The Atlanta station also offers DoKaSch’s To Door Delivery service, bringing fully charged and ready-to-use Opticoolers® directly to customers. The company’s experienced team oversees all logistics, ensuring high cold chain reliability with minimal effort from stakeholders.
This expansion builds on the firm’s existing partnership with SEKO Logistics, which began with a service station in Dublin. The collaboration ensures consistent handling and service standards across key locations worldwide.
