Kerry Logistics Network Limited is enabling global corporations to diversify their supply chains by offering China-Hong Kong hybrid logistics solutions that combine bonded warehousing, customs clearance, cross-border transport and digital tools.
The services are being used by customers, including a world-class theme park destination, a Japanese fast fashion retailer, a French beauty group and a British multinational consumer health company, to relocate operations into the Greater Bay Area.
The hybrid model leverages Hong Kong’s proximity and connectivity with Mainland China, allowing companies to transition part or all of their supply chain operations. KLN’s Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) status gives it priority customs clearance and minimal inspection requirements, enabling same-day and next-day cross-border deliveries.
Before relocation, KLN works with clients and customs authorities in both Hong Kong and Mainland China to align regulatory requirements and streamline procedures.
“In 2025, KLN handled double the cargo volume compared to levels during the COVID period,” the company said, adding that this reflects the scalability of its hybrid solutions. Samuel Lau, Managing Director – Integrated Logistics Asia of KLN, said, “We are committed to supporting our customers’ transformation journeys with agile and future-ready logistics solutions. The China-Hong Kong hybrid model is a cornerstone of our strategy to help global brands navigate complexity and build resilient supply chains.”
