Riyadh Air partners with Unilode for ULD supply and management
Unilode will support Riyadh Air with its global repair network and full-service management model.;
Riyadh Air signed a partnership agreement with Unilode Aviation Solutions to supply and manage Unit Load Devices (ULDs). The deal will provide lightweight, Bluetooth-enabled ULDs, along with management, repair, and digital tracking services, supporting Riyadh Air’s 2025 launch and Vision 2030 expansion goals.
The agreement will see Unilode supply durable ULDs for Riyadh Air’s baggage and cargo operations, with digital tracking to improve visibility, stock control, and condition monitoring. These services aim to reduce loss, improve operational efficiency, and support sustainability.
As part of its growth strategy, Riyadh Air plans to expand to more than 180 aircraft and serve over 100 destinations by 2030. The airline aims to contribute $20 billion to Saudi Arabia’s non-oil GDP and create more than 200,000 jobs worldwide.

The partnership reflects Riyadh Air’s broader plan to integrate technology and sustainability into its operations as it prepares to begin flights in 2025.
