MSN Air Service, a New York-based aviation and cargo handling company operating at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Kale Info Solutions to deploy its GALAXY Airport Cargo Handling Management System at all new stations as MSN expands into international markets.

Announced at the TIACA Air Cargo Forum 2026 in Miami, the agreement supports MSN’s strategy to accelerate technology-driven modernisation and establish a scalable operational framework for international growth.

With GALAXY already in use at JFK and planned for implementation at every new station, MSN aims to standardise cargo handling operations through a common digital platform. The system is designed to support consistent processes, real-time cargo visibility and performance reporting across its network.

Kale Info Solutions, an Atlanta-based provider of air cargo and logistics technology, will support MSN’s efforts to extend its digital capabilities as the company enters new markets.

The partnership represents a strategic investment in technology to improve operational efficiency, strengthen visibility, and enhance customer experience across MSN’s expanding network. By extending its existing implementation at JFK to future stations, MSN aims to establish a consistent operating framework capable of supporting its international expansion and the evolving needs of the global air cargo industry.

Manoj Singh, Group CEO, MSN Air Service, said, “MSN is entering an exciting phase of growth, driven by a clear ambition to expand into international markets and strengthen our position in the global air cargo industry. For us, this expansion is about building a future-ready business, investing in technology and creating the capabilities to compete in an increasingly connected industry. Our partnership with Kale is an important step in that transformation. With GALAXY in use at JFK and committed for deployment across every new station we open, we are building a common technology platform to support operational consistency, visibility, and scalability throughout our network.”

Amar More, CEO, Kale Logistics Solutions, said, “We would like to congratulate MSN on its aggressive global growth. By taking GALAXY to every new MSN station, we are giving them a platform that is already proven at more than 130 airports, so they can scale quickly without compromising on efficiency, compliance or customer experience.”

The MoU makes technology standardisation a key part of MSN’s international expansion strategy. With GALAXY already operational at JFK and planned for every new station, the company is building a unified digital foundation to support future growth.

The partnership highlights the role of digital infrastructure in helping cargo handlers expand internationally while meeting customer expectations for reliable operations, shipment visibility and consistent service.

As MSN advances its global expansion plans, the agreement with Kale reinforces its focus on modernisation, scalable operations and strengthening its position in the international air cargo industry.
